We went to Corpus Christi one day... It w as SO FUN... we played on the beach in the Gulf of Mexico for a couple of hours, we picked up lots of shells and a couple of Sand Dollars. S got one from a friend and then E wanted one. She kept saying that she wanted "sand money" ... it was a sand dollar.This is a cool shell that looked like a purple butterfly. I actually found several of them. I want to make something out of them. I'll work on it.
Then we went on a ferry across to the mainland from an island in the Gulf. We saw dolphins while we were on the ferry. They were so close. S was screaming that he could see them. He was excited... we all were. That was my favorite day while my family was visiting.
